Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by The Law Society of Singapore (the “Law Society”) under the Law Society Arbitration Scheme (“LSAS”) in accordance with the LawSoc Arbitration Rules of the Law Society for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause (“Arbitration Rules”). The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore.

This agreement to arbitrate does not preclude the parties from applying to a court for preliminary injunction to preserve intellectual property rights.

None of the Terms shall be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or otherwise, by any person or entity who is not a party hereto.

If any of these Terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then to the extent in which that Term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining Terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
